Good for you Tom, you moved on quickly found a Real Club! Your better off being out of Tequila Joe's. The management at Joe's appear to be a bunch of losers that offered you guys no help at all. I wish you well and hope you find a spot for the 40 + crowd. We need a place to hang out.

I had worked at scintillations in the mid 80's after pulsations had opened. The club was left for dead and then Leon altemose hired a club manager from Florida (Romeo Salvitti) to revive it. I was a bartender there and worked with Leons Nephew Dave McGuff and repaired the lighting and fog machine on the Stainless floor. Also upgraded the robot they had there. I ran the robot named "Scintar" Pulsars brother. Brought the club back to life for a while until they decided to remodel the club. Dumb move, Changed the name to silhouettes. Flopped.... Good times back then! Would not have been able to make the reunion. In Florida.

I can't believe I missed the original Scintillations Reunion Dance Party. And I missed the second. I don't get to the KOP area too often anymore, but for this I would. I met my husband of 27 years there and still have my original membership card. So please add my email to your list and let me know of the next BITDDP Scintillations Reunion.
